Here at The Unreliable Critique, we’re not big on biopics—let alone sports biopics. However, the man himself is back, holding the unbearable weight of massive talent—the man who plays HIMSELF as the lead role in movies: our favorite Coppola, Nicolas Cage.

I mean… who thought to cast him alongside Christian Bale as John Madden? Is this nepotism at its finest, or are we in for an unhinged Nick Cage-led smash hit about a sports legend?
